  本研究旨在探讨以希望取向为理论基础为原住民实施生涯赋能团体方案能否提升原住民的希望感、生涯效能及职场心理适应,并探析研究者在希望感赋能过程中的省思。本研究採用行动研究法,融合质性及量化分析,研究对象为六位待业中的原住民,进行为期三个月的行动历程,包含五次的生涯赋能团体。
  研究期间,量化分析以“希望量表”进行前后测检定;质性分析以访谈纪录、团体记录、单元学习单、满意度问卷及观察资料检视研究参与者希望感成效,再透过省思日志反思研究者于行动历程的个人成长。综合研究结果统整以下结论:
一、原住民参与生涯赋能团体整体满意度达97.5%,且从团体记录、观察记录及访谈纪录等资料呈现团体增进希望感,方案实施具成效。
二、量化资料显示原住民参与者在参与生涯赋能团体后,希望感提升情形达显著效果。
三、由质性资料分析可知六名研究参与者参与方案后,均抱持希望感积极面对就业困境,知觉生涯效能与职场心理适应的正面影响。
四、研究者透过生涯赋能方案之实施,为实务工作问题提供解决策略,且妥善因应参与者行动过程遭遇的困难,促进双向赋能与成长。
  最后,研究者依据研究结果提出具体建议,提供未来实务工作者及研究者参考。


  The purpose of the study was to discuss whether hope theory-based approach for career empowerment program of Taiwanese indigenous people could promote the sense of hope, career efficacy and the adaptation in workplace, understanding the researcher’s self-examination in the process of hope empowerment. In this study, with action research in mixed methods research, six Taiwanese indigenous people were chosen as the research objects, participating in the action process for three months, including the empowering groups for five times.
  In the period of the study, the researcher used Hope Scale as quantitative analysis to evaluate the effectiveness and the sense of hope with the research participants between the pre-test and pro-test. With qualitative analysis, individual interview transcripts, group transcripts, worksheets, and satisfaction questionnaire could analyze the well-sense of hope of the research participants. The inquiry of the reflective empowering action process with the researcher were collected. The results of this study are as follows:


1. By participating in the career empowerment program, Taiwanese indigenous people responded overall 97.5% satisfaction feedback and the analysis of the qualitative data also showed nice participation among research participants.
2. With quantitative analysis results showed the pro-test got salience effect higher than pre-test.
3. By participating in the career empowerment group, six research participants can hold the sense of hope to overcome employment difficulties, increasing the sense of career efficacy and adaptability in workplace at the same time.
4. The researcher conducted the career empowerment program to develop a resolution strategy to cope with the problem for practical work and properly handled the difficulties that participants had experienced during the program. It made the researcher and the participants became growth and empowered for one another.
  To sum up, based on the results of the study, suggestions for practicing workers and for further applications and research.
